Returns Policy – Arts & Crafts Items 

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your arts and crafts item within 28 days, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the same payment method within 14 days.

You can return an item if it is:

• Faulty or damaged, or

• Not as described

Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility, and we’ll refund the item cost only (original postage fees aren’t refundable).

We take great care in creating our handmade items and want you to be delighted with your purchase!

Handmade Items (non-custom orders)

If you’ve bought one of our handmade items that isn’t a custom or commission order, you’re welcome to return it within 28 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

You can return an item if it is:

Custom & Commission Orders

Custom-made and commission items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

However, if your custom order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us right away so we can put things right.
